💛 Refund & Returns Policy — The Peace Plan Co.

Thank you for shopping with The Peace Plan Co.! We love creating digital planning tools to help you organise your life with more peace and intention.

Because we sell digital products (downloadable templates and planners), our refund policy works a little differently than a traditional store. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

📥 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once a digital file has been delivered (via email or download link), it cannot be "returned" as the file has already been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you will receive instant access to the file(s).

✅ When We WILL Issue a Refund

We want every customer to have a great experience. We will gladly provide a full refund in the following situations:

  • 🔧 The file is corrupted or won't open — and we're unable to resolve the issue by resending a working version
  • 📦 You never received your download link — and we're unable to resend it successfully
  • 💳 Duplicate purchase — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same product

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at (info@thepeaceplanco.com) with your order number and a description of the issue.

❌ When We CANNOT Offer a Refund

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You didn't read the product description before purchasing
  • You don't have the required software (e.g., a Google account for Google Sheets templates)
  • You found a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
  • You purchased the wrong product (please contact us — we may offer a one-time exchange)

🔄 Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll do our best to help with a one-time product exchange.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. However, by purchasing and downloading a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right of withdrawal once the download has been initiated, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
